Silent screams,
Tear stained eyes on a lifeless pillow.
Tethered hearts,
Brightened sparks,
Gentle kisses on a dark summer's night.
Infringed notions,
Masked emotions,
These thoughts are hard to hide.
Desperately waiting,
Constantly anticipating,
The dreams I had in mind.
Barley hanging,
Mentally cascading,
Why's it everyone's turn, but mine?

MEMBERS SHOULD NOTE... </i> A very important rule I would like to remind everyone of: #PoetsClub has set up a "One Poem Per Day" limit to your submissions and I know some of you somehow are still able to submit more than one entry for consideration. I will ask you to please not do so and I would like to point out... that the excess poems are denied without even being read. Why, you may well ask; simply because of the volume of poems submitted for consideration.

with University and such... and I know Joe our founder is also extremely busy with University as well (added to this aggravation is the fact that I do not have internet in my house and have to wait till I can swing by my mother's to use hers)
